Booking is recommended but not required. We recommend using the form below to book in advance, as the hall can only safely and comfortably hold a set number of dancers. We may be able to accept drop-ins on the day if space allows.
If a social becomes fully booked, we will post an update on our home page and social media.

Artist changes
Artists are booked in good faith and we will try our hardest to avoid changes once a social has been confirmed. Very occasionally, however, an artist may need to change at short notice because of illness, travel disruption or circumstances outside our and their control. If this happens after you have booked, we will contact you as soon as we can.
