Booking Terms & Refunds
At Trailblazers LDC, we want booking to feel simple, fair and friendly.
If you make an advance booking, your place is confirmed once we have sent you a confirmation email or message.
If you have paid in advance and can no longer attend, please let us know no later than 30 minutes before the social or event you are cancelling is due to begin. If you do, we will happily offer you either a full refund or a credit towards a future Trailblazers LDC social or event.
If your plans change before payment is made, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can offer your place to somebody else.
Artists, venues, dates and times are arranged in good faith and details are correct at the time of publishing. Very occasionally, changes may be needed because of illness, travel disruption, venue issues or circumstances outside our control.
If Trailblazers LDC cancels a social or event, or needs to make a significant change such as changing the date, time, venue or named artist, we will let booked dancers know as soon as we can. If the change means you can no longer attend, or you no longer wish to attend, we will offer you your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future Trailblazers LDC social or event.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
